Accell Property Management, Inc., an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), is pleased to announce the addition of Rebecca A. Smith and Jennifer Fontana as Property Managers.
They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homeowners associations, functioning as the primary liaisons between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors. They will also be responsible for the management of all administrative, maintenance, and fiscal operations of their assigned communities.
Rebecca A. Smith previously worked as a Senior Community Manager for a homeowner association management company, and has more than twelve years experience in the common interest development industry. She has earned the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers, Inc. SM (CACM), and brings with her extensive knowledge of California Civil Codes and industry standards. She is the mother of a 17-year old daughter, who plays Varsity Basketball, as well as a 14-year old German shepherd named Cota and a 3-year Pekinese Bishon mix named Mckenzie.
Jennifer Fontana was a Senior Vice President for a local association management company, supervising a portfolio of associations, as well as, support staff. She has more than seven years experience managing community associations, and has also earned the CCAM certification. She is also the mother of an 11-year old boy, enjoys boating, going 4×4 in the family Rubicon, and anything that goes fast!
